    Responsible to : Assistant House Keeper / Executive House Keeper 

    Responsible for : Villa Attendants and Operations Clerks

    Scope or purpose

    Supervision of House Keeping Operations, Guest Rooms ensuring that the staff performance meet the standard quality of the hotel.

    General responsibilities of the job

    • Plans and establishes work schedules and assignments.
    • Confers with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances.
    • Inspects materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
    • Interprets specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for villa Attendants.
    • Demonstrates equipment operations or work procedures to new employees or assigns employees to experienced attendants for training.
    • Monitors or patrols work area and enforces safety or sanitation regulations.
    • Modelling, leadership techniques, and production methods.
    • Maintaining House Keeping Inventory as per required for Inspection.
    • Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness, and grooming.
    • Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments.

    Position            : Service Workers

    Department      : House Keeping Department

    Section             : House Keeping Department

    Responsible to : Supervisor, Operations Clerks 

    Responsible for : Cleanliness of Guest and Staff Rooms

    Scope or purpose

    Perform any combination of tasks to maintain hotel, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and arranging furniture.

    General responsibilities of the job

    • Cleans rooms, and other work areas.
    • Collect supplies, linens, chemicals, and other required materials from housekeeping and laundry in sufficient quantity before go to work sight.
    • All ways keep update knowledge of arrival and departure guests or the responsible block of rooms.
    • Change the bed linens and towels of guest rooms once in two days, unless guest requests for his or her preference.
    • Maintain a polite, dignified, and help full attitude towards guests and colleagues.
    • Should check the mini bar twice a day and replenish it as per the consumptions of the guest.
